Shipping and Returns Policy
Order Processing Times:
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders are processed in order they are received. Most orders are shipped the SAME DAY or Next Day. We always send notifications to you when an order is placed and when your order is processed. When your items ships we then contact you again to inform you your order has been completed and shipped and we always give you your tracking numbers for your parcels.
Our delivery partners will then also contact you via text message or email to inform you of your parcels progress through the delivery network.
Shipping Partners:
We use UPS, FEDEX and USPS to deliver items to you. If you have supplied an email address and cell number at the checkout in most cases our delivery partners will contact you via TEXT MESSAGE And or EMAIL to inform you of your pending delivery and keep you informed on its delivery progress.
Packaging:
To ship glass we use specially designed double wall cardboard box’s and packaging materials.
On the rare occasion of damage during shipping we would of course re send the damaged article with no cost to you. We appreciate this is an inconvenience and we would obviously rectify within a timely manner.

Central America: 4-5 working days
West Coast: 3-4 working days.
The times quoted are to be used as a guide and not a definite delivery date. Our delivery partners will in general will notify you of your parcels tracking number so you can track it online.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping prices are calculated based on weight, dimensions, location and the shipping time. Shipping prices quoted at the checkout are based on our standard ground services. Expedited AIR shipping is available but due to the average size of our parcels and costs.
Shipping costs are none refundable, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Your Data:
Your contact details such as Name, Address, Phone Number supplied to us at the time of ordering are used to arrange your delivery with our delivery partners. Our delivery partners will require a basic amount of information in order to get your order to you like your address for example. But your phone number and email can be withheld. If you would prefer us not to supply these details please inform us.
We only use your data for the purpose of getting your order to you. Your data is NOT used for any other purpose. We don’t sell your data and we certainly wont harass you with spam emails/calls or texts.
Delivery Day:
Upon delivery we will need a signature to confirm receipt of your order. Any damage requires communication with us within 48 HOURS. After this time a claim cannot be lodged with our delivery partners and a claim may not be honoured.
Picture proof is required for any damage.
Returns:
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO MAKING A RETURN AND MAKE RETURNS TO PROVIDED ADRESS
If for any reason you wish to return an item this must be within 30 days from the original purchase date. We don’t accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions. All items must be returned in a the original packaging, and unused.
Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Any damage on its return journey would be the buyers responsibility.
